If maple syrup is your thing, you probably know that most of it comes from Quebec. Quebec City, the capital of the eponymous province, is home the world's most photographed hotel: Fairmont Chateau Frontenac. The oldest English newspaper in North America (the Quebec Chronicle-Telegraph), the oldest church in Canada, and the oldest winter festival in the world, are are all found in Quebec City. The largest city in Quebec is not its capital. Montreal is the most populated city in the province and it has been known as "the Paris of North America". Whether you are in the mood for something sweet like maple syrup, historical like Quebec City, or elegant like Montreal, there will be something for you in the following list.
