The Reading Passport: Books set in Indiana

Start your engines, readers! In this post we are including a list of books set in the state where the Indy 500 takes place and where the first professional baseball game took place in Fort Wayne in 1871. On a more whimsical note, there is a town in the state of Indiana called Santa Claus. The town receives thousands of letters every year addressed to the jolly man and each one of those letters receives a reply. The Hoosier state was also the last place where Elvis Presley performed live in 1977 in Market Square Arena. If none of these facts have not make you at least a little bit curious to visit the state, maybe the following list of books will do so.
