It is hard not to think of wind and tornadoes when the state of Kansas is mentioned. Maybe because of Dorothy and her transfer to Oz, or maybe because the actual most windy city in the US, Dodge City, is located here. And although, topographically, Kansas lacks significant elevations, we hope none of the following books fall flat.
